The story
Montale Paris was founded in 2003 by perfumer Pierre Montale. After his travels through the Middle East, he returned to Paris, inspired by the rich perfume traditions and unique fragrant raw materials of the East. Oud, in particular, grew to become an important part of the identity of the French perfume house.
Montale combines French perfumery with powerful oriental influences and ingredients such as oud, rose, amber, musk, and vanilla.
